QURAN READING WITH TAJWEED
This course has been divided into different levels helping you to progress systematically.
The aim is to achieve QUALITY rather than quantity!
Level 1
• Simple Steps in Quran Reading:
In this first stage, students will be taught how to pronounce the Arabic letters from their specific places, as is required according to the art of recitation in the Arabic language.
Level 2
• Basic Tajweed rules:
In this stage, students will be taught how to pronounce the letters with Tajweed and apply some of the rules. Students will complete Juz 30 as well as memorise the last 10 surahs.
Level 3
• Khatam (Completion) of the Quran:
In this stage, students will be required to recite from Juz 1 to 29 and also memorise some of the important surahs such as Yaseen, Mulk, Waqia etc.
ISLAMIC STUDIES
Alongside studying the Quran, students are required to improve their character by applying what is learnt in lessons. Learning to read the Quran with the quality in which the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. read the Quran is a wonderful blessing and achievement, but applying the practices of the Blessed Book is also of incredible importance.
