Bukhari Vol. 7 : No. 217

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I heard the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, "Afflictions
will emerge from here," pointing towards the East.
